    4 days/4 nights: $645/person* (bike not included)

This cross country trip includes food and drinks, three nights in our cozy new huts and an additional night at the exclusive Gateway Canyons Resort (double occupancy) .

You'll meet at 7 a.m. for a pre-trip orientation before hitting the trail.
Your mountain biking adventure starts above 6,000 feet with a dramatic plunge into the Dominguez Canyon and a scenic ride through a pinion and juniper forest. After several creek crossings and a couple of big climbs you'll rest your bones at the first hut .

After a good nights rest and a big breakfast you'll have a 3-mile climb then cruise 6-miles to the next hut. A short day for those who want a break but for the rest of you, saddle up and head out exploring. There are technical single track loops near the hut and endless jeep trails which will entertain, challenge and delight you for the rest of the day.

A downhill cruise along Leonard’s Ridge highlights a day of big views and minimal pedaling. After reaching the ranch you can splash around in the Blue Creek or explore the caves and Native American artifacts located on the ranch

The last day you'll choose one of two routes.
One trail will take you up and out of the canyon followed by a scenic 25 mile cruise on highway 50 to the Gateway Canyons Resort. On the other route, you'll reverse yesterday's descent and tackle a heart pounding 12-mile climb to the rim of the Unaweep Canyon followed by a 3000 foot jaw dropping plunge into Gateway Canyon. Cruise the final miles to the secluded Gateway Canyons Resort where you can check in, enjoy a hot shower and explore what the resort has to offer.

After a gourmet meal and a recuperative night, spend a lazy day around the resort's pool, tube down the Dolores River or try your hand at fly fishing. We encourage you to visit the resort's website for a complete list of amenities. Upon checkout, the resort will arrange shuttle service back to your vehicle for a fee.
