Here at Colorado Backcountry Biker, we have a LOT to offer – bike rentals, bike gear, service, and so much more!
So, what exactly does a full-service bike shop look like? Well, here’s the breakdown.
Service / Maintenance – we’re here to help your bike be the best that it can be! We offer maintenance for your bike that is as small as installing a new chain to full-service tune-ups and fork maintenance. No matter what is wrong with your bike, or what brand you ride, our talented team can repair all that ails it.
Bike Rentals – we carry some great brands, including Orbea, Transition, and Devinci. We also focus on all types of bikes like road, mountain, commuter, gravel, townies, and kids bikes. So, if you’re looking for a new bike, or you’re coming to visit the Western Slope and want to ride when you’re here, we can help! If you’re not sure what would be the best one, just ask us! We’d be happy to talk it out with you to make sure you’ve got the right one for what and how you ride.
Bike Gear – we carry a large selection of bike gear for the whole family. Helmets, shoes, hydration packs, lights, socks, gloves, and clothes. If you need some new goodies or forgot something at home, we’ve probably got the perfect thing for you.
Bike Parts & Tools – if you like to work on your bike, no worries. We carry lots of parts and pieces to get you back on the trails quickly. Brake pads, chains, tubes, wrenches, specialty tools, and more. Seriously, we’re here for you. If we don’t have the part in stock, we can order it or find it for you.
Hut Tours – we’re more than just bikes. We’d love you to have a bike experience on one of our hut tours! These trips are great for two people or as many as eight people! Our hut trips are great from June to early October. It gives you a chance to get away from the crowds and warmer temperatures we see in Fruita. No need to be an expert either – an intermediate rider will rock these trails!
CBB is a full-service bike shop that can work on road bikes, mountain bikes, townies, commuters, or even 10 plus year-old “classics.” We’d love to help you with your bike issues, find you a new favorite bike, keep you in the best gear, or provide you with the tools to tinker at home. Stop in and say hi!
