Hot Tomato Pizza – this has become the iconic Fruita food destination. With Life of Pie short film premiering last year, the HT is on everyone’s radar. Besides the hype of the movie, this places serves some seriously good pizza and salads. Plus they offer a happy hour every day from 3 pm – 5 pm, which is the perfect time when you’re getting off the trails.
Camilla’s Kaffe – Camillas is the go-to place for breakfast! They’ve got huge portions of omelets, pancakes, and a gigantic breakfast burrito smothered in green chile. If they’ve got a breakfast special that morning, you’re sure to get more than you can eat and your tastebuds will thank you. You can also get some delicious coffee drinks while you eat, or start the morning in vacation mode with a bloody beer.

Mexican Fare – there is no shortage of food offerings with a Mexican flare. El Tapatio, Fiesta Guadalajara, and Mi Ranchito are all fantastic! The food is delivered quickly, their beer is cold, and everything on their menus offers the perfect post-ride sustenance. Did we mention every one of these places is delicious?
Karma Kitchen – this is a newer addition to the area and the locals couldn’t be happier. Karma Kitchen specializes in Indian and Nepalese cuisine. They’ve got all the classics to choose from: curries, naan options, saag, and vindaloos. Karma Kitchen also has a great selection of vegetarian options to choose from.

Suds Brothers – if you’re in search of a sports bar, this is your place. Plenty of TVs are around to watch whatever sport is in season, and they have something on the menu for everyone. Burgers, salads, wraps, and nachos are all great options to get while you sit around and talk about the awesome Fruita trails and epic rides you found during the day.
Munchies – looking for a local place with great burgers? Look no further! Munchies has been a Fruita staple since forever. They serve burgers, salads, milkshakes, deli sandwiches, and even pizza. Munchies has a super relaxed vibe and is a family favorite.
